Blizzard Launches Heroes of the Storm Friend-Finding Site For ANZ Players

Blizzard ANZ are trying to bring together local players for Heroes of the Storm by providing them with a specialized friend-finding and team-building site.

The site, called Heroes Looking For More, allows ANZ players to register (through Facebook only) and create a profile that outlines what sort of match-ups they are looking for.

Players can specify their favorite heroes, time zones, game modes, and even the level of competitiveness they are interested in. Once signed in, you can browse through lists of other ANZ players and filter them to match your specifications, including which times of day you are most likely to be in the Nexus.

When you locate someone that you think would be a good match, you can copy their BattleTag and add them from the Battle.net launcher (or you can just hit the 'Admire' button on their profile to give them a big virtual thumbs-up)!

Despite the fact that Blizzard provides dedicated Australian servers for Heroes of the Storm, it can often be difficult for ANZ players to find each other. Hopefully the launch of Heroes Looking For More will help to overcome the distances between ANZ players and bring more teams together in the Nexus.

The first 500 players to sign up for Heroes Looking For More will receive hero and skin codes, so if you're an ANZ reader and you're waiting for an incentive, get cracking!
