Featured Match: EDward Gaming vs Vici Gaming

Two veteran Chinese teams are facing off today in the opening round robin matches of this year’s LoL Pro League Spring Split, both looking to score some quick points and climb their way towards a placement in the semifinals and—hopefully!—the Mid-Season Invitational.

EDward Gaming vs Vici Gaming at LPL 2017

There’s a slight lean in favor of EDWard Gaming, who come into the split at a higher tier thanks to their performance in the LPL Summer and Regional Qualifiers. The EDward boys took first place at LPL Summer and first place again at the Demacia Cup, capping off a solid performance for 2016, which has many thinking they’re the team to watch.

Vici will have to work extra hard to prove themselves, even though they’ve been around longer than EDward. Their 2016 was disappointing, dropping out in the Quarterfinals of the same Summer split where EDward coasted to victory—but they’re clearly not a team to give up easily. Place your bets!
