Ninjas in Pyjamas are Back in Dota 2 With Brand New Lineup

The esports team Ninjas in Pyjamas are making a return to the world of Dota 2, sporting a new lineup captained by Troels “syndereN” Nielsen.

SyndereN is joined by Adrian “Era” Kryeziu, a Swedish carry player who captained the old Ninjas in Pyjamas lineup which disbanded in November 2015, as well as Max “qojqva” Bröcker, Kalle “Trixi” Saarinen and Kai “H4nn1” Handbückers.

Ninjas in Pyjamas launched their first ever Dota 2 squad in January 2015, but after months of disappointing results, they disbanded in November of the same year. Both H4nn1 and Trixi have spent time since playing under the Fnatic banner, while qojqva is a Team Liquid veteran.

SyndereN, who has spent time in Dota 2 both as a professional player and analyst-caster, said that he was “happy to have formed a team of such experienced and proven players with great synergy to deliver.”

“Together with NiP, we plan to become a top contender for the year," he said. "We’ve already progressed a lot in our early practice and I only see us improving as the year progresses.“
