Featured Match: Renegades vs FaZe Clan

The Dreamhack Masters are kicking off in Las Vegas for another year and we’re checking out one of the opening matches, a scrap between FaZe Clan and Renegades who face off in the first of the Group D matches scheduled for today.

The Renegades come into Dreamhack after placing second in the North American Qualifier under Misfits, and they’re bringing a temporary stand-in player to this tournament in the form of Simon “Atter” Atterstam who replaces Ricardo “Rickeh” Mulholland.

Renegades vs FaZe Clan at DreamHack Masters Las Vegas

Rickeh is the most recent addition to the team, joining in June 2016, and their move to temporarily bench him and replace him with atter might be enough to give them the edge.

Unfortunately our money is still on FaZe Clan to clinch this one – when the two teams last faced off at iBUYPOWER Masters 2016 in November, FaZe easily took the best of three match 2-1. Renegades were able to rally on Mirage 22-19 but it wasn’t enough.

Do you think that the addition of atter to the Renegades lineup will change the odds or do you think the money is still on FaZe to win? Place your bets!
